How to Flash Oppo QCN File via QPST Tool

Restoring or flashing a QCN file on Qualcomm-based Oppo smartphones fixes network issues, invalid IMEI, and baseband errors.

Requirements & Preparation

  • Qualcomm USB Drivers installed on PC
  • QPST (Qualcomm Product Support Tools) installed
  • Enable USB Debugging on the device
  • Diagnostic (Diag) Port enabled (via root shell setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb or secret dial codes like *#801# / *#9434#)
Step-by-Step Guide

  • Open QPST Configuration and ensure the Qualcomm Diagnostic Port is detected in the Ports tab.
  • Click on Start Clients from the top menu and select Software Download.
  • Go to the Restore tab inside the Software Download window.
  • Click Browse next to QCN File and select your downloaded

  • Check the Allow phone / file ESN mismatch box.
  • Click the Start button to begin flashing the QCN data.
  • Once the progress bar reaches 100% and displays Restore Completed, disconnect the phone and reboot it.
