How to Write QCN via QPST

  • Enable USB Debugging on the device and activate Qualcomm Diag Port (via *#801# / *#9434# or ADB root command setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb).
  • Launch QPST Configuration and ensure your Qualcomm COM port is recognized.
  • Click Start Clients > Software Download.
  • Open the Restore tab, browse and select the extracted Oppo A31 QCN File.
  • Check the box for Allow phone / file ESN mismatch.
  • Click Start to begin the writing process and reboot the device once flashing completes.
